GALWAY–With the holidays quickly approaching, the Eagles Media Center is creating a way to give away prizes in a unique way. The plans for the event, named “The E-Way Stocking Exchange,” will provide students with the opportunity to win prizes up to $200 in value.

Some items students can win include: tickets to a UAlbany NCAA basketball game, candy canes, money through a “Deal or No Deal” game, movie tickets, gas cards, and Stewart’s gift cards.

In order to win, there is a scavenger hunt set up by the E-Commerce class.  Students will answer questions, and each returned answer sheet is entered for a chance to win prizes. If your answer sheet is chosen in the lottery, you will have the opportunity to choose from a number of stockings. Inside each stocking is either a prize or nothing at all. However, students have the choice of swapping stockings in order to win a prize, or upgrade a prize they received the first round.
