GALWAY– Capital Region Consulting is offering a 6-day SAT Prep course to students in the Galway School District. The course will be taught by two instructors from Capital Region Consulting who have over 100 years of combined teaching experience. Mr. Dan D’Amboise, a former math supervisor at Shenendehowa High School has taught math for 40 years. Currently, Mr. D’Amboise is an adjunct professor at Hudson Valley Community College. Mr. Larry Silverman will be the second instructor. Mr. Silverman worked as psychologist and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor at Shenendehowa for 32 years. Through these jobs, Mr. Silverman has gained the knowledge to specialize in test taking anxiety, strategy, concentration, and memory management techniques.

The course costs just $125 and is taught by local instructors right here in Saratoga County. Also, if needed, Capital Region Consulting offers private tutoring to anyone looking for more help. The classes will be from 7-9am on March 19th, 21st, 26th, and 28th, as well as on April 2nd and 4th. In order to get into the college you want, it is critical that you perform well on the SAT.
