The Galway Varsity Golf Team captures the WAC Cup once again! This year the WAC Cup was held at a neutral site, Hales Mills Country Club in Johnstown, in order to prevent any advantages one team may have had over another. This way the best team wins. 

Galway’s top scorers consisted of Ryan Lovelass, Matt Smith, Nick Zuk, and Josh Lovelass. These four golfers were all members of the returning championship team from last year that also won the WAC Cup. Galway golf has never been stronger and looks to continue their dominance as Sectionals comes around. Ryan Lovelass was the only qualifier from Galway who made the State team last year representing Galway and the WAC League. He looks to do the same this year and improve on his performance at States.
